Straight facts, no fluff

We stayed for 4 nights in a spacious room on the 3rd floor. The bed was comfortable, and the jetted tub was a delightful surprise. Breakfast offered a wide selection, and the staff were friendly, making for a pleasant stay. A definite value for what you receive here!

We rode bikes along the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail and even tried our luck at fishing for salmon in Ship Creek, with the hotel lending us gear. The breakfast had a decent variety, and the location is convenient for exploring nearby spots. Definitely a fun place to stay for a group getaway!

The surrounding area felt a bit odd at first, mostly open lots. But we got used to it. Just a heads up for future guests about the overall vibe.

Comfortable stay with friendly service

I had a great stay at the hotel! The room was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. I especially enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service, which made getting downtown a breeze. However, the constant train noise did disrupt my sleep a bit, so that could use some improvement.

The early check-in was a nice touch, and the queen room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast offered a variety of options, including eggs and sausage, which were pleasantly satisfying. However, the overall experience felt lacking, with some amenities needing attention and limited dining improvements needed. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, more focus on improving certain aspects would elevate the stay significantly.

I loved the fresh, grilled veggies at Glacier Brewhouse, they were packed with flavor. Plus, the staff here are super friendly and really know how to make you feel at home. The standard queen room was cozy and comfy too, just like a warm hug after a long day exploring Anchorage!

Unfortunately, the breakfast bar ran out of milk early, and the overall cleanliness left something to be desired. A little more attention to those details would really elevate the experience for future guests.

The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, making for a refreshing night’s sleep. The nearby Ulu factory was a delightful bonus that added to our experience.

i stayed at wingate and found it very convenient being close to the airport. the receptionist was alone but managed everything smoothly, which was impressive. the shuttle driver was super friendly and professional, making travel to nearby places easy. the indoor heated pool was a great bonus too!

It was just a perfect match for spending a night in Anchorage, great for the money. The ice water cooler in the lobby was a nice touch after a long day. If you need anything, don't hesitate to ask the staff directly.
